Here is a beautiful Goodall MGC acoustic guitar made in 2002, with a made in Hawaii label. This guitar is in near mint condition. It has eight tiny, shallow dents in the top that are so small they would not show up in my photos. They are barely noticeable, and I had to search for these dents to find them. The rest of the guitar has no dents, dings, or scratches, and is mint. The adjustable neck is straight, set at a good angle, and the frets are unworn and at their original height. The action is low, and the bone saddle has plenty of height to be adjusted should one desire. Light gauge strings are suggested by the luthier, James Goodall, and therefore the guitar has been adjusted with lights. The sound of this guitar is wonderful. It is loud, well balanced, has great tone, and that cutting midrange that maple back and sides is known for.
The top is solid Cedar, the back and sides are solid AAA Curly Maple, and the neck is maple with an ebony fingerboard and ebony overlay with inlay on the headstock. The bridge, bridge pins, and strap buttons are also ebony. The binding surrounding the top, back, and sides is Curly Maple. The rosette is inlaid with abalone. Finally, a clear pickguard installed by the luthier protects the top. An arched top TKL case with burgundy plush interior protects this wonderful instrument.
