A model NS Ric lap steel from the late 1940's. This instrument has a body and neck stamped from sheet metal, and it's finished in a gray sunburst finish. t\There is some pitting to the finish around the white dot inlays at the 3rd, 5th, and 7th frets. Also, there is some minor chipping of the paint on the edges of the body and neck, but the finish has a nice patina and appearance.

All parts are original, with the exception of the cream plastic tuning machine buttons, which have been replaced. Four of the white dot inlays are missing. The headstock logo is a decal. There is one volume and one tone control. The 1 1/4" wide, height-adjustable horseshoe magnet pickup has great output. All electronics function properly. A non-original padded gig bag is included.
